FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At Delaware Home Pros, we have heard many different questions from homeowners. We thought it would be helpful to our customers if we listed some of these common questions and provided answers.

A: This depends on what the project is. For most remodeling projects, we typically are running around 4-6 weeks out. This is mainly due to product lead times and the fact that our crews are already working on other customers’ projects. As for singular items such as flooring, etc., we may be there as early as 3-5 days.

A: Yes. For different services we provide, the length of time and details of the warranty may vary. However, we are known for our exclusive lifetime labor warranty on the vast majority of our services.

A: Yes we do. We want to minimize the risk to our customers as much as possible. This includes not putting unsafe people in their homes.

A: Yes. We are licensed in the States of Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We also carry a total of $3 million dollar insurance policy. Our license numbers and a copy of our current insurance certificate are at the bottom of every page of this website for your review.

A: Simply put, yes. The remodeling industry is known for contractors who start a project and try to go from one customer to the other at the same time. Our customers love working with us because we do not do this. We want to finish your project completely so you are happy and would wish to use us again.

A: Depending on what project we are doing, the length of time will be different. The average roof installation can take as little as a day, whereas our average total bathroom remodel is roughly 10-12 days from start to finish. We pride ourselves on efficiency. Our goal is to complete your project as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

A: This is obviously a concern of every potential customer. There is no standard answer for this since every home and every project is different and must be assessed as such. What we can tell you is our pricing is up-front and all-inclusive. This means it includes materials, installation supplies, labor, permits and everything we have the ability to assess during your consultation. Essentially, if we can see it, we will price for it.
